Camiguin is a small island province of the Philippines located in northern Mindanao. It is an island with seven volcanoes dominating its rugged and hilly terrain. Vegetation and natural springs make the island's climate cool, mild, and invigorating. Known by the locals as "The Island of Your Imagination," Camiguin is probably one of the friendliest places to visit in the Philippine Archipelago. The people are simple, genuinely friendly, and hospitable. It is endowed with far more than its fair share of natural wonders, from volcanoes, hot springs and waterfalls to stunning coral reefs and a coastline which alternates between black and white sand beaches and volcanic rock. Camiguin is often described as a unique combination of unspoiled beauty and old charm. It is one of the most beautiful destinations in the Philippines.
