The following are the Officers and Trustees of the MIT Castle & Cardinal Alumni Association:

According to Article II of the Constitution & By-Laws of the Association, the Board of Trustees shall be fifteen (15) members represented by at least one (1) and a maximum of four (4) from each decade starting from the 1950's up to the present. The Chairman of the Board of Trustees shall be elected from among the Board of Trustees and shall preside over all meetings of the Board or in his absence by the President. Trustees hold office for a period of two (2) years.
Based on the provisions of Article III of the Constitution & By-Laws of the Association, the officers of the Association shall consists of the following: Chairman, President, Vice-President, Secretary, Auditor, Treasurer, and a Press Relation Officer. They hold office for two years and until their successors are duly elected and qualified with re-election.
The following are the duties and responsibilities of the officers of the Association:
- Chairman of the Board of Trustees - shall preside in all meetings of the Board of Trustees or in his absence the President shall preside.
- President - shall be the Chief Executive of the Association. He shall preside in all meetings of the members of the Association.
- Vice-President - if qualified, shall exercise all powers and perform all duties of the President during the absence of the later and shall perform duties that may be assigned by the Board of Trustees.
- Secretary - shall give all notices required by the By-Laws and keep the minutes of the Board of Trustees in a book kept for the purpose. He shall keep the seal of the Association and affix such seal to any paper or instrument requiring the same. He shall have custody of the members register and the correspondence files of the Association. He shall also perform all such other duties and works as the Board of Trustees may from time to time assign to him.
- Auditor - shall pass an audit on all the accounts of the Association and shall examine the book of accounts in accordance with the Standard Accounting and Auditing Procedures. He shall make quarterly audit of the funds and accounts of the Association. He shall submit to the Board of Trustees an annual audited Financial Statement and recommendations. The report of the Auditor shall be open for inspection by all officers. He shall perform such as the Board of Trustees may assign to him from time to time.
- Press Relation Officer - shall publish all activities of the Association in the press, media, television, radio networks, etc. He shall be the Human Resource Development Officer of the Association and shall perform other functions of the Board of Trustees may assign to him.
